Återbetalningspolicy
We have a 100-day return policy, which means you have 100 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unworn, with tags and in its original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@filips.co. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please send the package via courier and provide us with the tracking number.
Refund Process
In the event of the return process (if applicable), the seller shall reimburse the consumer for all payments received from them, except for the costs of delivery of the goods, without undue delay and in any event not later than 10 working days from the day on which the seller received the returned package. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
The payments you have made, except for the costs of delivery of the goods as stated in the terms, will be refunded to you without undue delay, and in any event not later than 10 working days from the day we receive your returned package. The seller will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless the consumer has expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, the consumer will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Consumer Complaint - Defective Product
In the event that the goods purchased from us turn out to be defective, you have the right to make a claim.
Regarding the defect, you can request:
- To replace the item with one that is free from defects,
- To remedy the defect,
- Price reduction.
You can report a complaint within one year from when you noticed the defect, but the time to submit a complaint cannot end before the expiration of the product's warranty.
Your complaint will be considered (responded to) within 30 days from the date we receive your complaint notification.
