We understand that over years, even the most well-crafted jewellery can experience wear and tear. If your Filips piece requires a repair, we’re here to help with our seamless repair process.

What’s Covered by Our Warranty?

For pieces covered under our 2-year warranty (such as 316L Stainless Steel, S925 Sterling Silver, and 18k Gold Plated over Stainless Steel or Sterling Silver), we cover any defects in materials or craftsmanship that occur during normal wear. This includes issues like broken clasps, engraving wear, or tarnishing caused by manufacturing defects.

For our high jewellery materials like 18k Gold Vermeil and Solid 14k Gold, we offer lifetime coverage for manufacturing defects such as issues with clasps, links, or finishing under normal wear.

What’s Not Covered by Our Warranty?

Our warranty does not covernormal wear and tear, includingscratches,surface wear, orbendsfrom everyday use. It also doesn’t extend toaccidental damage,loss of stones, ordamage caused by improper care, such as exposure to water, lotions, or harsh chemicals.

Request a Repair

If you need a repair under warranty or for any other reason, simply contact our Customer Care Team your order number, clear photos of the item and the defect or damage, a brief description of the issue. Once we have this information, we will assess the situation and guide you through the next steps to either repair or replace your item.

While repairs covered by our warranty are free of charge, repairs outside the warranty scope may incur a service fee. We will always provide a quote for non-warranty repairs before proceeding. Please note that we can only service Filips jewellery. Third-party work may void your warranty
